I don’t have an audio recording device, so these pictures must suffice.  The dancers in the plaza are in costumes and masks, some as fantastic creatures, and many of the men dress as women.   One man was dressed in a dark suit and tie, black fedora, and a mask with a heavy black beard.  After a while I noticed that he was brandishing a whip, and he acted out a little drama in which he whipped a man dressed as a camposino.  So he represents the white man.
